Positions We Hire For
Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Active NYS HHA certificate
- Experience with ADLs and client support
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- Active NYS PCA certificate
- Daily living assistance and safety
- Strong communication skills
Registered Nurse (RN) / LPN
- Valid NYS license and BLS
- Assessment, planning, supervision
- Home care experience a plus
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Government-issued photo ID & Social Security card
- Relevant certificate/license (HHA, PCA, RN/LPN)
- Recent physical exam, PPD/Quantiferon, immunization records
- Two professional references
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Helpful to Have
Make Your Application Stronger
- Experience with seniors or people with disabilities
- Multilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, etc.)
- Weekend or live-in availability
- Smartphone for scheduling & communication
